At Flatpack, we want to be as accessible as possible. Our courses are designed to work around your needs and we work closely with you to ensure you get what you need.

 

We get it, it can be awkward asking for accommodations to be made for you so take a look at what we offer as standard, and please reach out if there's anything that you need in addition to this, we really believe in doing everything we can to make sure you have a great time learning with us.

 

• All sessions are delivered remotely so no need to commute.

• Recorded sessions are available on-demand and live sessions are scheduled by you.

​

• All recorded lessons include closed captioning as standard.

​

• All live sessions include closed captioning (you'll just need to turn them on).

​

• Agenda and materials are sent out before the sessions.

​

• We encourage turning on your camera during live sessions however this is optional and you will not be judged either way.

​

• Support workers are welcome to join any sessions and we can add them to instant messaging channels and CC them into emails with your consent.

​

• Although we aren't able to pay for their attendance (we are working on this though) we are happy to invite sign language interpreters to any live sessions for your benefit.​
   

• All sessions are recorded for review and you can download the transcript afterwards.

• Option to ask questions publicly or privately in instant messaging channels.

​

• Accessibility guidelines followed on our websites and apps as far as the platforms will allow us to.

 

This is of course not an exhaustive list of what we can provide. If you require something that's not on the list, we are here for you and you should feel totally comfortable asking for it.

 

As a small company we don't always have the resources to preemptively provide a service or accommodation, however if you're willing to work with us we will always do our best to make sure you get what you need to succeed.
